ART3.io is a new NFT-focused content channel & home of curated NFT photography collections, from the team behind the oldest and most respected photography brand in the world (British Journal of Photography, est. 1854) and the most viewed photographic exhibitions in history.
Edition365 is the culmination of a 6-month project in collaboration with New Art City and OpenSea, to create perhaps the most immersive virtual exhibition yet, and offer the collection of 365 artworks as unique NFT editions, alongside the keys to the virtual exhibition itself, which one bidder will win the keys to host, personalise, and preserve it in their corner of the Metaverse – the first time a complete exhibition has been offered on OpenSea as an NFT.

Summary terms of exhibition NFT ownership
Unlockable content with NFT #1 token
Metaverse artefact: 3D interoperable model representing a portal to the exhibition that can be placed in any compatable platform (screen grabs to the left)
Personalisation 1: The owner will be invited to place a message on a plaque in the main rotunda stating ownership credentials and a welcome message
Personalisation 2: The owner will have their own private editable room in the exhibition to hang favourite NFTs from Edition365, or multimedia/NFTs from outside the exhibition
Ownership: The owner will receive a Zip file containing static assets for exhibitions and rooms relating to the Edition365 exhibition, enabling them to upload the exhibition to any website and preserve the exhibition and assets in perpetuity (static versions will not include multiplayer or livestream features)
Rights which come with ownership of NFT #1 token
(All whilst actively owned)
The right to place a version of the exhibition on any server or in any Metaverse platform
The right to publicly claim ownership of the exhibition
The right to display the 3D artefact anywhere on the internet or Metaverse as a portal to the exhibition
The right to personalise the editable areas of the exhibition
Restrictions to be aware of
Copyright will always remain with the creators of the artworks in the exhibition
This NFT confers ownership of the exhibition, but not the individual NFTs contained therein, which are available to purchase independently of #1 in the full Edition365 collection
Individual artworks in the show cannot be transferred or independently sold
Artworks contained within the exhibition, or the exhibition itself, cannot be minted independently of the unique NFT created by ART3 for the purpose of this auction
If ownership of the token transfers to another party, these rights and restrictions transfer to the new party
