Happy 1st Birthday ART3!
It’s hard to believe that it’s been a whole year since ART3 was launched. It feels like only yesterday we were getting things off the ground and googling terms such as ‘LFG’ and ‘HODL’ for the first time, but now we are here, 12 months later, and we’re proud to say, our WEB3 vocab is GMI.
The past year has seen the WEB3 industry grow and evolve at an exponential rate and we’ve been lucky enough to be a part of that. It’s been an incredible first year in the Metaverse. We’ve seen new projects and platforms emerge and watched as the community has come together to build something truly special.
We’ve laughed, we’ve celebrated (and commiserated), we’ve exchanged a lot of ‘GM’s. We’ve made new friends and strengthened old ones. We’ve learned a lot, and now we’re looking forward to learning even more.
In this post, we’ll take a look back at some of the highlights from our first year in the Metaverse.
So without further ado, here are some of our favourite moments from the past year:
We observed the strength and fragility of the natural world with Decade of Change alongside the British Journal of Photography.

We aped into the monkey zeitgeist of the Metaverse with James Mollison’s in James & Other Apes which found itself proudly presented with Decentral Art Pavilion as part of the Venice Biennale 2022.

We dove headfirst into the trippy, colourful, mind-altering world of psychedelics with the father of light painting, Dean Chamberlain with ‘Psychedelic Pioneers’.

What’s next?
We’re excited to announce that we’re currently in talks with a few very exciting potential partners and we’re hard at work on some new collections that we think our followers and collectors are really going to love. We can’t give too much away just yet, but stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks.
We want to say a big thank you to all of our collectors, artists and followers, both old and new, for your continued support. We wouldn’t be here without you! We’re looking forward to another great year, full of new experiences and beautiful photos. Thanks for being part of our journey!
